This candle is special to me, because it is connected with childhood memories.
The brightest of them is autumn, I run home from the street for lunch, the air smells of dry leaves, and grandfather is busy in the yard with boxes of apples. I go to the garden, sneak through the vines, run past the pear trees and reach the apple tree. I climb onto the middle branches to pick the brightest apple on the tree.
Kissed by the sun, they hung like decorations and in the cool autumn air they felt warm in my hands, as if they had preserved all the summer warmth in their red color.
So this candle is about a memory, a warmth and comfort that I so wanted to capture and share.
