PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT
This document is an official offer (offer) of the POLUMIANI online store, located at https://polumiani.com.ua/ , for the purchase and sale of goods remotely. In accordance with Articles 633, 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, this offer is public and provides for the conclusion of an agreement on the same terms for all buyers.
1. General provisions
1.1. Placing an order on the site is confirmation of the Buyer's full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer (acceptance).
1.2. The Seller is an individual entrepreneur Grozova Tetyana Volodymyrivna, registered in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, who sells goods under the POLUMIANI brand.
1.3. The Agreement is considered concluded from the moment of confirmation of the order by the Seller and receipt of payment from the Buyer.
1.4. By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of his personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" for the purpose of fulfilling the terms of this Agreement.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2.2. All goods on the site are the result of manual work, therefore minor deviations in color, weight, texture, etc. are permissible.
3. Ordering procedure
3.1. The Buyer places an order independently through the online store website or by contacting the Seller in Instagram messages, messengers or via e-mail.
3.2. The Seller confirms the availability of the goods and the terms of manufacture (if the goods are made to order), after which the Buyer makes the payment.
4. Price of the goods and payment
4.1. Prices for goods are indicated in the national currency of Ukraine - hryvnia - and are current at the time of placing the order.
4.2. Payment is made by transferring funds to a bank account or in another way agreed upon by the parties.
4.3. The order is accepted for processing only after funds are received on the Seller's account.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery is carried out throughout Ukraine using postal services (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, etc.).
5.2. The delivery cost is paid by the Buyer upon receipt of the order, unless otherwise provided for by the terms of the promotion or agreement with the Seller.
5.3. The delivery time depends on the carrier's work and the terms of manufacturing the goods (usually within 3-5 business days after payment, if the goods are in stock).
6. Return and exchange of goods
6.1. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", you can return or exchange the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt.
6.2. In the event of receiving a product with a manufacturing defect or damage during transportation, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide a photo of the damage.
6.3. The Seller has the right, at its own discretion, to offer a replacement product, partial compensation or other solution to the situation.
7. Responsibility of the Parties
7.1. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the work of the delivery service.
7.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the contact information provided.
7.3. In the event of disputes, the parties undertake to resolve them through negotiations or in accordance with the procedure provided by the current legislation of Ukraine.
8. Other conditions
8.1. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement without prior notice, but such changes do not apply to already confirmed orders.

8.3. All legal relations arising in connection with the execution of this Agreement are governed by the legislation of Ukraine.
