💳 Payment
You can choose a payment method convenient for you:

Online payment via the website

Secure payment by bank card through the payment system.

After confirmation, you will receive a notification about the status of the order.

Payment by IBAN

You can make a payment to our bank account using IBAN. After placing your order, you will receive payment details. Payment can be made through any bank or mobile banking. After confirming the payment, we will start processing and shipping your order.

 

Cash on delivery

You pay for the goods upon receipt at the Nova Poshta branch.

The standard Nova Poshta commission for money transfer is added to the cost.

📦 Delivery
🔹 Delivery service:
All orders are sent by Nova Poshta throughout Ukraine.

🔹 Shipping terms:

Shipping is carried out within 2–4 business days after payment or order confirmation (if there is cash on delivery at the branch, depending on the method).

In the case of an individual or large order, the terms may be extended - we will notify you in advance.

🔹 Delivery cost:

Payable by the client upon receipt according to Nova Poshta tariffs.

If you choose cash on delivery, Nova Poshta commission for money transfer is added to the delivery cost.

🔹 Terms of receipt:

Be sure to check the integrity of the packaging and the product at the Nova Poshta branch.

In case of damage, a report is drawn up together with the delivery service employee.

🔁 Return and exchange
You can return or exchange the product within 14 days from the date of purchase in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

A return is possible if the product was not used, has a proper presentation and packaging.

If the product was damaged during delivery - we will replace it free of charge after drawing up a report at the post office. Be sure to check the package upon receipt at the carrier's branch - pay attention to the integrity of the packaging and compliance of the contents with the order. If damage is found, you must draw up a report on the damage to the goods together with the postal worker. Only with this report will we be able to refund or replace the goods.

If the goods are returned for other reasons (didn’t like it, changed their mind) - the cost of return shipping is paid by the Buyer.
