How long does delivery take?
Usually from 1 to 3 days after shipment

We pack and deliver the order within 2-4 business days after payment for the order

How much does delivery cost?
According to Nova Poshta tariffs (payment upon receipt)

After shipment:
You will receive a TTN number to track the parcel

IMPORTANT! Upon receipt, please inspect the parcel directly at the branch. If something is damaged - a report is drawn up together with a Nova Poshta employee.

🔹 1. Payment by card on the site (via the payment system)
You can immediately pay for the order online after placing the order on the site

🔹 2. Payment by IBAN

You can make a payment to our bank account using IBAN. After placing your order, you will receive payment details. Payment can be made through any bank or mobile banking. After confirming the payment, we will start processing and shipping your order.

🔹 3. Postpaid

Pay in cash or by card at a Nova Poshta branch.
Please note: Nova Poshta charges an additional fee for transferring funds.

📝 IMPORTANT:
For individual or non-standard orders (for example, as a gift or custom order), prepayment may be required. The execution time may vary depending on the complexity of the order and volume.

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", you can return or exchange the product within 14 days from the date of receipt if it does not suit you.

We accept only goods of proper quality for return or exchange. Return shipping is paid by the Buyer.

📌 Please check the product upon receipt. If there are no comments in the mail, the product is considered received in good condition.

Important:
Candles are fragile and unique handmade products, so the shades, weight and small details may differ slightly from the images on the site.

Returns/exchanges are not possible if the product has been used or has traces of use.
